Prenatal and Postnatal Low Impact Yoga (open to everyone)

Pregnancy is a beautiful time of life, and yoga is a great way to balance your changing body through the trimesters and postpartum recovery. Through a series of exercises designed to strengthen and balance your body you will begin to connect with your breath and muscle's in preparation for delivery. For those who have delivered already this class will help rebuild pelvic strength and work to restore muscles that may have been strained during delivery. By strengthening your body and increasing your flexibility you will gain balance and find joy through the journey of pregnancy and into motherhood. Babies are always welcome! This low impact class is available and perfect for anyone interested! 

Please bring a yoga mat, towel and a pillow (or 2!)
